  • Hourly rate contract
  • Immediate start – 5-6 months duration
  • Government organisation 

I am looking for an experienced Stakeholder Engagement Advisor for an immediate start contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships across the private and public sector including leading the development and execution of engagement strategies and plans.
  • Organising and attending key stakeholder client engagement meetings.
  • Communications support to the manager dealing with the Minister. 

Experience Required

  • Proven track record of building strategic relationships that instil a level of trust.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated experience and ability articulating complex ideas clearly and confidently with precise attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders. This requires confidence in dealing face-to-face with in one-on-one situations or groups, presenting to larger groups and learning quickly about the stakeholders’ perspectives and the detail of their needs, and identifying opportunities of mutual benefit.
  • Some change management experience would be helpful
  • Strong copy writing (business writing) skills, and ability to focus on key details.
  • Sense of humour

This contract has an immediate start and will go for 5-6 months duration.
