We have a number of vacancies for experienced and competent Industrial Painters and Blasters based in Christchurch.

The exact duration of this temporary work in Christchurch will depend on project progression, so there is a need for some flexibility. Due to the complexity of this work, we are recruiting for individuals with a sufficient level of background in this field.

We are seeking an experienced Blaster/Painter for one of our clients based in Christchurch. The Blaster/Painter is responsible for operating abrasive blasting and coatings equipment to prepare and apply protective coatings. You will be a highly motivated, energetic, quick thinking individual with relevant qualifications and an excellent ability to communicate.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Experience prepping and painting structural steel on site
* An understanding of Quality Assurance procedures
* Comfortable reading and understanding painting specifications
