Job description

Our client run a busy commercial kitchen feeding up to 500, 3 times a day and is looking for a Sous Chef that can not only work at a fast pace but help lead a team to deliver on time and budget.

You will need experience in the following:-

  • general NZ cuisine cooking
  • large functions experience
  • Available to work shift work and weekends
  • Current Food and Hygiene Certificate
  • Passion and flair for cooking
  • A professional and dedicated attitude
  • To be able to cover shifts when needed

    We are looking for a highly responsible individual who can lead, train and present food to the highest standards and take on a high level of responsibility.

    To be considered for this role you will need:

    • Pass a full Police Vetting & Drug Screen
    • NZ Citizen
    • Drivers License and own transport
