About the role

Our client is looking for a Solution Architect with Networking and Data Centre experience. You will be collaborating with clients, account executives and engineers to understand business requirements, design architectures and deliver professional proposals.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, scope of work determination and service pricing models of RFP/RFI's.
• Assist the sales team by contributing to the identification, selection and development of optimal service solutions to meet ongoing client needs.
• Contribute to the design of solutions for the client that will be commercially competitive whilst managing risk.
• Develop new service pricing models
• Support the development of a transition-in plans.
• Develop deep professional relationships with platform teams to ensure that repeatable services are built for repeat sales.

Skills & experience required

• Excellent client relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent understanding of what is required to operationally deliver a service to a client, providing detailed models and processes for support.
• At least 3 years' experience in services within a large scale technology services environment across a range of services.
• Tertiary qualification preferable
• ITIL foundations certification.
