I am seeking an experienced Solution Designer for a 12 month contract.  In this contract you will be working business change projects with a Linux/Java/Opensource technology stack.

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following experience:

• Strong Application Solution design and delivery
• Hands on working with projects from initial design through to delivery across multiple projects
• Take ownership over delivery of changes to applications
• Strong technical skills, with strong experience managing technical aspects
• Strong Leadership skills
• Experience delivering software development projects as well as lifecycle and infrastructure refresh projects
• Experience working on Linux/Java/Opensource technology stack
• Must have knowledge of Windows and Virtualisation technologies
• Knowledge of Java, C#.Net and/or C++
• Experience integrating vendor projects within a highly secure critical environment
• DevOps toolchains to automate build, package, configure, maintin, monitor and deploy
• Ansible
• Experience with designing systems to use monitoring, logging and configuration management would be advantageous
• Experience using the Atlassian Tool Suite to manage project delivery
