The Company & Role

Our client is a multi-cultural legal team, based in Auckland, who have been practising law in New Zealand for over 30 years. A values-based business, they are driven by a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

They have a wide-ranging client base, with a specific focus on Asian clientele. They specialise in multiple sectors, including Property Law, Asset Protection & Trusts, Business Sales & Purchases, Commercial Leases & Company Law, Wills and Estates, etc.

Due to growth in the business, they are looking to appoint a new Solicitor to their existing team of hardworking and energetic law assistants and solicitors. Based at their new Mount Eden office, the role will be responsible for a large proportion of their central and northern based clients. Initially a part time role, likely 3 days per week, the role would be perfect for someone returning to the workforce or perhaps relocating to Auckland.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• 2-3 years post-qualified
• Experience working in a similar practice or commercial environment
• Additional language (Mandarin and/or Cantonese ideally)
• Self-sufficient and the ability to work independently
• Ambitious and keen to learn and develop
