Skilled Administrator

We require a skilled, adaptable and reliable Administrative person who has proven experience and knowledge in Accounts, Invoicing, office admin, and working with Contractors. Ideally someone that has a fair bit of knowledge in the Admin industry as well as understanding Projects and advanced level systems. This Role will be Full time from Monday - Friday on a 6-month Temporary contract that has the potential to progress further.

This position is within an Electrical Industry based near Mount Maunganui. Our Client would be looking for an immediate start, preferably someone that comes from an Admin electrical or similar background.

Requirements for this position:

  • Proven knowledge and experience in a similar role
    • Experience/knowledge of accounting systems (XERO, JDE etc.)
      • Someone that can hit the ground running and use initiative
        • Own Transport
          • Available ASAP
            • Good communication skills
              • Reliable, Honest and committed.
