  Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Supervising site staff, subcontractors, and the supply of materials.
  • Ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
  • Health and Safety.
  • Quality Control.
  • "Hands on", physically fit.
  • Keen and motivated.

    Skills and experience required:

    • 3 years minimum NZ experience as a Landscaping Supervisor/hands on role.
    • Hard/Soft Landscaping experience.
    • Proactive Self Starter, motivating and managing site staff and subs.
    • Health and Safety conscious.
    • Good time management and multi tasking skills.
    • Able to work well under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
