Our Client was originally established in July 1995, they offer a number of services in the waste collection/management industry and are known for their environmental contributions.

We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor/Machine Operator, the role will see you run the daily operations and construction activities occurring at Levin Landfill, ensuring the employees are available and adequately prepared for duty, that plant & vehicle are in a fit and safe state for use and that customers are serviced correctly and safely.

As part of the position you will be responsible for:

1. Planning & Operations
2. Quality & Compliance
3. Safety, Health & Environment
4. Employee & Workers
5. Site Control
6. Plant and Machinery

   You will be reporting into the Operation Manager but have the authority to run the site at your discretion.

   You will need a minimum 2 year's experience in a Leading Hand/Supervisor role and have previous knowledge within a landfill & earthworks environment.

   Class 4 licence with WTR endorsement is also essential for this position.

   You will be subject to the following pre-employment screening:
