You are very experienced with NZ Structures Site Management

Leading, well established tier 1 Construction Main Contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day running of structures project work.
• Maintaining all site records.
• Co-ordination and Supervision of Subcontractors.
• Health and Safety.
• Quality Control.
• Proven ability to drive the works programme.

  Skills and experience required:

  • Strong structures background as a Site Manager with NZ main contractors
    • Trade background
    • Proactive Self Starter
    • Capable of managing day to day structures Control of all site work on projects
    • You will have the proven ability and NZ experience as a Site Manager to successfully run commercial projects multistorey, apartments and retail/office.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
