Site Manager- Interior Fit Out - Large Commercial Projects
Leading, well established Construction Main Contractor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day running of Interiors project work.
- Maintaining all site records.
- Co-ordination and Supervision of Subcontractors.
- Health and Safety.
- Quality Control
- Proven ability to maintain/monitor/drive works programme.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong Interiors background as a Site Manager with NZ main contractors
- Trade background
- Proactive Self Starter
- Capable of managing day to day supervision of interiors projects work
- You will have the proven ability and NZ experience as a Site Manager to successfully run commercial projects multistorey, apartments and retail/office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
