Site Manager- Interior Fit Out - Large Commercial Projects

Leading, well established Construction Main Contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day running of Interiors project work.
  • Maintaining all site records.
  • Co-ordination and Supervision of Subcontractors.
  • Health and Safety.
  • Quality Control
  • Proven ability to maintain/monitor/drive works programme.

    Skills and experience required:

    • Strong Interiors background as a Site Manager with NZ main contractors
    • Trade background
    • Proactive Self Starter
    • Capable of managing day to day supervision of interiors projects work
    • You will have the proven ability and NZ experience as a Site Manager to successfully run commercial projects multistorey, apartments and retail/office.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
