Due to securing several new contracts, they are looking to secure an additional site manager.

You must have 5 years or more site based commercial construction management experience in NZ and be able to show a history of working on projects that ideally involve concrete, pre-cast, structural steel and interior fit-out. As a site manager you will be confident in your ability to deliver projects on time and to budget. You will also be confident and polished in your dealings with clients with naturally great verbal communication skills.

The key background for this role is a carpenter by trade with a great eye for a quality finish and a leadership style that fosters a positive and safe working environment.
