Site Manager- Interior Fit Out - High rise Apartments

Leading, well established Design and Build Contractor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day running of quality fit out/finishes.
  • Maintaining all site records.
  • Co-ordination and Supervision of Subcontractors.
  • Health and Safety.
  • Quality Control
  • Proven ability to maintain/monitor/drive works programme.

    Skills and experience required:

    • Strong Interiors background as a Site Manager with NZ main contractors.
    • Trade background.
    • Apartment project experience, large projects.
    • Proactive self starter
