        • Ministry of Education project experience.
        • Manage construction activities, on site personnel and resources.
        • Drive the project programme on time and budget.
        • Health and Safety.
        • Quality Control.
        • A problem solver who can see the bigger picture.
        • Daily Site Administration.

          Skills and experience required:

          • Trade Carpentry background
          • Ministry of Education main contractor project experience
          • Proactive Self Starter, motivating and managing site staff and subs.
          • Health and Safety conscious.
          • Able to work well under pressure.
          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
