Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day running of site activities from groundworks,structures,fit out/finish to project completion.
• Maintaining all site records.
• Co-ordination and Supervision of Subcontractors.
• Health and Safety.
• Quality Control.
• Be able to maintain/monitor/drive a construction program
• Deliver a quality project on time and budget

  
  Skills and experience required:

  • Strong trade background.
  • Proactive self starter.
  • Capable of control of all site work on projects.
  • You will have the proven ability and NZ experience as a Site Manager to successfully run commercial projects in the $1m to $5m value range.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
