We are currently seeking a skilled Site Manager to handle residential builds in the Waikato region.

The Site Manager will oversee an in-depth training and induction process and manage the entire process from inception to completion of each home. You will also manage and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, whist maintaining the highest standards within safety and building practices at all times.

Essential skills required for the role:
* Proven Experience as a Site or Construction or Project Manager from the NZ building industry essential
* Have full understanding and working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code
* The ability to interpret construction plans
* Ability to multi-task and run multiple building projects at any time
* High level of time management - prioritise and deliver results on time and within budget.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to deal with people at all levels and the desire to develop these skills in the future.
* Not be afraid of hard work, lead by example and take ownership of all that you do.
