Site Engineer - Commercial Construction

Great opportunity to join a well regarded tier 2 main contractor and their Project Planning team to provide technical support and assistance on commercial projects.

My client, a New Zealand owned and operated, market leading commercial construction company who offer a full design and build model and have a long lasting successful history in delivering projects on time and within budget from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Providing programming and planning support to the project team
• Work closely with the Project Manager ensuring the project is meeting programme requirements
• QA management and documentation
• Subcontractor management

  The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years construction industry experience, preferably with an NZ based main contractor on commercial projects.
  • Degree qualification in structural or civil engineering
  • Solid understanding of 3910 contracts.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Project.
  • Efficient verbal and written skills.
