As the successful Manager, you must have the following skills and attributes;

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience using computerised equipment
• Understanding of lean manufacturing processes
• Be passionate about continuous improvement
• An uncompromising attitude to safety
• Strong organisation and communication skills
