The requirements

To be successful in the role, you will be required to have the following skills and attributes:

  • Ideally sheet metal trade qualified, or at least 3 years of relevant skills in the industry or somebody that is nearly completion of apprenticeship
  • High standard of finishing where required, confident TIG & MIG welder
  • Proven stable work history
  • Can communicate effectively at all levels
  • Cabinet making experience is highly desirable
  • Be a motivated team player but able and confident to work unsupervised as required
  • Positive can do attitude
  • Interpret CAD drawings, shop sketches & verbal description of work to be undertaken
  • Minimum of a Class one driver's license
