Job description

Our client is seeking a Service Integration and Delivery Manager for a 12 month contract!

As part of a major transformation, they have a newly created role of Service Integration & Delivery Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of services in this area which is fully responsible for the service delivery and lifecycle of the services they provide i.e. Digital Channels, Workplace Technology, Voice Channel and Data & Intelligence.

The Service Integration & Delivery Management function will establish the IT capabilities needed to support this new model for the new services. Also will work in conjunction with the relevant business units to ensure they develop cohesive end-to-end, which will include managing incidents, pipeline of upgrades and minor changes. This role performs a transitional function acknowledging that other business units are still developing their Operating Models, and they need to ensure their organisation design is ultimately aligned to all their Operating Model designs.
