Job description

I am looking for a Service Integration and Delivery Manager for a 12 month contract role.

You will be responsible for delivering end to end services to improve customer experience and champion the customer-centric and intelligence-led culture.

This is a substantial and critical piece of work for our client's continued jouney into digitising the workforce.

You will need to have good experience with voice channels (Contact Centre) and be experienced in using Data and Intel services to provide desired outcomes.

Your key tasks will be:

  • Managing service introduction
  • Managing service provider relationships and driving performance
  • Service availability by managing major incidents and problems
  • Champion continuous improvement through improving the Voice Channel and Data and Intel Service Catalogue and Design, and implement a reporting framework to monitor productivity, efficiency and service level attainment.
