In this role you will be required to have face to face interactions and excellent communication. This company uses a large amount of Windows software including Office, Active Directory, etc.

About the role:

  • Field Incoming Help Requests
  • Resolve IT issues
  • Escalate Advance Cases
  • Maintain Service Records & IT Documentation
  • Perform System Testing & Updates

About you:

  • 2+ years as a Service Desk or IT System Admin
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Windows/Citrix knowledge is key
  • Understanding of Imanage Document and or Thomson Reuters 3E Practice management systems
  • Used Winscribe Dictation prior
