About the role:
- Field Incoming Help Requests
- Resolve IT issues
- Escalate Advance Cases
- Maintain Service Records & IT Documentation
- Perform System Testing & Updates
- 2+ years as a Service Desk or IT System Admin
- Law firm experience preferred
- Windows/Citrix knowledge is key
- Understanding of Imanage Document and or Thomson Reuters 3E Practice management systems
- Used Winscribe Dictation prior
