Job description
Join a team in the Bay of Plenty as a Service Desk Engineer and become an integral member of a migration project. This is a Windows 10 migration project that needs someone who is willing to make things happen, can be flexible and knowledgeable.
About the role:
- Customer facing desktop support
- Migration of desktops and laptops to Windows 10 from Windows 7
- Configuring network profiles and applications
- Provide IT support as project evolves
- Work under a project lead
- Give feedback & information to project lead
About you:
- 2+ years as a Service Desk or IT System Admin
- SSCM experience is needed
- ITIL and Office 365 knowledge
- Previous experience in Windows migration
- Full NZ Drivers Licence
