Job description
We are seeking applications from people with strong communication skills and solid service desk experience. The role involves providing high levels of technical support to a range of customers within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team within a busy Government department.
Skills, attributes and experience required:
- Proven help desk or service desk experience at least Level One or Two
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Solid computer and IT based skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong customer service focus

- In order to be considered for this poistion you must have proven, recent service desk experience
