  • Level 1-2 Service Desk Support
  • Temp role, asap start - End of February 2020  
  • $25 p/hr, Wellington CBD
  • We are seeking applications from people with strong communication skills and solid service desk experience. The role involves providing high levels of technical support to a range of customers within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team within a busy Government department.

    Skills, attributes and experience required:

    • Proven help desk or service desk experience at least Level One or Two  
    • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
    • Solid computer and IT based skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Strong customer service focus

    Please note:

    • In order to be considered for this poistion you must have proven, recent service desk experience 
    • PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU HAVE A NOTICE PERIOD LONGER THAN ONE WEEK 
    • You must be currently based in the Wellinton Region
