Job description

Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst with Strong Level 1 and ideally Level 2 skills.


 You will have experience with: 

  • Resolving Level 1 calls in a Service Desk environment;
  • Strong customer / relationship skills.
  • Well developed written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Ideally experience with Windows 7,Windows 10, MS Exchange and AD
  • Experience with VMWare would be helpful
  • Experience working with call logging software
