Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst with Strong Level 1 and ideally Level 2 skills.
You will have experience with:
- Resolving Level 1 calls in a Service Desk environment;
- Strong customer / relationship skills.
- Well developed written communication skills
- Experience with MS Outlook
- Ideally experience with Windows 7,Windows 10, MS Exchange and AD
- Experience with VMWare would be helpful
- Experience working with call logging software
