I am seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 12-month contract role. Must be a NZ Citizen. Role is based in Wellington CBD!!

To be successful for this role you will need the following experience:

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Confident phone manner

·         Understanding of network, mobile solutions, desktop and applications

·         Good knowledge of MS Office

·         Dedicated and willing to focus and commit

·         Ability to understand a wide variety of documentation/processes

·         Good organisational and time management skills.
