Job description

I am seeking Service Desk Analysts who can work any shifts across 24/7/365 on a rostered basis. 6 Month contract role!!

To be successful for this role you will need the following experience:

  • Proven customer service focus and experience
  • Experience working in a service desk, or similar environment (not entry level)
  • Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Proffesional and engaging phone manner
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic working autonomously or part of a team
