About the Role:

Seeking an Experienced Service Desk Analyst who has proven experience working in Enterprice Level environments. You will be someone who can bring in expertise in your field whilst carrying a bit of energy to join a vibrant and fast paced environment.

Skills Required:

  • 4+ years experience in Desktop/Service Desk Support
  • Experience working in with Active Directory, Group Policy MS Exchange and/or Office 365
  • Experience deploying Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience with Monitoring – SCCM highly desirable
  • Experience supporting Desktops, Laptops, Mobile Phones and Tablets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
