Job description

Our client is looking for experienced Service Desk Analyst with Strong Level 1 and ideally Level 2 skills



You will have experience with:


  • Resolving Level 1 calls in a Service Desk environment;
  • Strong customer / relationship skills.
  • Well developed written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Outlook
  • Ideally experience with Windows 7, MS Exchange and AD
  • Experience with VMWare would be helpful
  • Experience working with call logging software
