- Service Desk, Level 1-2 Support
- ASAP start to 21 December 2018
- $22 per hour, Wellington CBD
We are seeking applications from people who have strong communication skills and recent, proven experience in a technical based service desk position. This role involves providing high levels of technical support to a range of customers within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, dedicated team and utilise your technical support skills within a busy Government department.
Skills, attributes and experience required:
- Proven help desk, service desk or technical support experience
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Solid computer and IT based skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong customer service focus
- Previous experience working in a New Zealand Government organisation or similar is desirable
