Job description

I am seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a 3 month contract.  This contract is to provide early life support on a Windows 10 implementation.

Your duties will include:

  • Receiving calls from staff who have had their old Windows 8.1 hardware exchanged for a newer model
  • Provide immediate support to customers to assist them with initial learning on how to operate the new Operating System

To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Previous Windows 10 implementation project experience
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Provided early life support
