Job description

  •  Service Desk, Level 1-2 Support
  • 6 week temp role, $22 p/hr plus hol pay
  • Asap start, Wellington CBD

We are seeking applications from people who have strong communication skills and recent experience in a technical service desk position. The role involves providing high levels of technical support to a range of customers within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team and utilise your strong technical support skills within a busy Government department.

Skills, attributes and experience required:

  • Proven help desk, service desk or technical support experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Solid computer and IT based skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong customer service focus
