You will have:

  • Proven experience in customer centric service design (design thinking, human centred design, systems thinking) and analysis, preferably in a digital environment
  • Experience in conducting customer research and turning data into actionable insights
  • Experience in mapping customer journeys and service blueprinting to enhance the customer experience
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology and its impact on the business environment
  • Experience with concepting, ideation, and iterative prototyping
  • Proven ability to effectively capture, analyse and document research and to assess potential solutions
  • Creatively analytical e.g. out of the box thinking with well researched ideas
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with user groups, stakeholders and all levels of management
  • The ability to visually communicate and articulate the customer experience in an engaging way
