You will have:
- Proven experience in customer centric service design (design thinking, human centred design, systems thinking) and analysis, preferably in a digital environment
- Experience in conducting customer research and turning data into actionable insights
- Experience in mapping customer journeys and service blueprinting to enhance the customer experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of technology and its impact on the business environment
- Experience with concepting, ideation, and iterative prototyping
- Proven ability to effectively capture, analyse and document research and to assess potential solutions
- Creatively analytical e.g. out of the box thinking with well researched ideas
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with user groups, stakeholders and all levels of management
- The ability to visually communicate and articulate the customer experience in an engaging way
