Job description

I am seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a 6 month contract with a top Healthcare client. This role can start ASAP and will require someone with strong leadership skills, a history of delivery management and plenty of enthusiasm.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Strong people leadership
  • Experience with Level 2 and application engineering support
  • Experience with service level management and day to day SLA management 
  • Leadership reporting
  • Escalation management 
  • Partner/vendor management
