Service Delivery Coordinator

Accountancy

Job description

FishServe is currently looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support the Service Delivery Manager. The Service Delivery Coordinator is a part time role responsible for day to day administration that ensures our client delivers to its customers a smooth and efficient service. This is a newly created role, so we need someone to hit the ground running and make this role their own. You need to be willing to pitch in across client support, communications, policy writing, finance and whatever else comes up as no two days will be the same!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their administration career or returning to the workforce wanting part time hours in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings, minute taking and report writing.
  • Supporting the Service Delivery Manager in business policy writing and client contract variations.
  • Assisting with monthly financial reporting.
  • Working with the wider Service Delivery team to update the Website and its content.
  • General administration duties.

    About you

    • Excellent communicator and a great listener.
    • Must be flexible with a willingness to learn, our client is quite niche and you may not have much idea about the industry but you will have the opportunity to learn.
    • At least 2 years' experience working as an administrator or coordinator, PAs and EAs will be considered. If you have experience working in contracts or as a legal administrator this is hugely beneficial.
    • Be very proficient on computer software such as Microsoft suite and adaptable to our client's online databases.
    • Highly organised with excellent time management. You'll need to be able to prioritise your workload efficiently to ensure all work is completed to deadlines.
    • A team player, you'll be working closely in the Services team so someone who likes to be around others is essential!
    • Rational and an analytical thinker who can assess a problem and work to resolve it.

The role is part time (20 hours a week) and the hours flexible. This role is a great fit for an individual who is happy to be involved in taking on more responsibility and learn along the way. If you think this role sounds like something you would be interested in, please apply with a cover letter and your CV.

This role is a permanent role so you must have a valid work visa or be a resident/citizen.
