Our client is going through a busy period as they continue to transform their systems and service delivery model.

We are on the lookout for a Service Delivery Consultant who can hit the ground running and provide support and guidance for the Service Delivery team with the delivery of services.

The ability to engage with the business managers and get to the heart of their service delivery requirements is crucial - strong relationship management skills are essential.

This role will involving working through the overall process around customer facing work involved in delivering field and /or technical services around their alarms, whether installed or new.

It will include the negotiation of contracts with suppliers and third party providers to enable standardised pricing to be implemented into their finance and CRM system.

Additionally, it will define and implement processes and KPI measures & SLAs for third-party contractors used by ESL.


This is a 4-month temporary position.
