Job description
We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Analyst on a permanent basis for one of our large private sector clients here in the Wellington CBD.
- Key experience to be considered for this role includes:
- ServiceNow configuration and admin experience preferred
- Reporting for incident trend analysis and problem reporting
- Major incident management experience preferred
- Understanding of ITIL and service desk practise, foundation certificate preferred
You will be someone who is happy to roll your sleeves up and really grasp the opportunities which are placed in front of you, showing the ability to backfill/cover the Desktop Support person when required.
