Job description

Our client is looking for a resilient, dependable, committed and switched-on Service Controller, to liaise with customers and manage a team of service technicians and their tasks across the Bay of Plenty and Coromandel.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, multi-tasker who can juggle multiple balls at once.  The role will be from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes –
* Ability to handle pressure and change
* Excellent English written and spoken
* Excellent Numeracy skills
* Great communication skills
* Great customer relationship management
* Logistics or similar experience would be ideal
* Excellent computer skills
* Strong time management
* Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
* Positive can-do attitude
* Pay attention to detail

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to –
* Proving great customer service to customers
* Log incoming service calls
* Co-ordinate, plan and manage logistics of scheduling service technicians
* Achieve all daily deadlines
* Manage the daily toner requests
* Pick, pack and distribute the toner to customers
* Replenish toner stock
* Order inwards goods parts and toner as required
