Our client is seeking a Technology specialist till the end of June!

You will:

  • Manage and maintain Incidents & Problems and Maintain appropriate Knowledge documentation
  • Continuity Management including Implementing continuity management planning activities and planning, designing, and testing of maintenance procedures and contingency plans.
  • Process Ownership of Incident, Problem and o Service Continuity Management.
