Our well-established Client who has operations across NZ is looking for a experienced Service Administrator to join their busy team in Auckland on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Our Client is looking for candidates with the following experience:

* Completing and submitting accurate minutes for Toolbox meetings.

* Working closely with the Branch Manager to ensure branch events are managed effectively (customer/team functions, Head Office/other external visitors etc)

* Effective file management

* Maintaining stock levels of stationary and consumable supplies.

* Contribute to the positive financial performance of the branch to achieve/exceed targets.

* Accurate and timely data entry of timesheets (labour, job stories etc).

* Accurate and timely processing of documentation for payroll to meet weekly pay run deadlines.

* Promptly obtaining invoice pricing for outwork and supplying purchase orders.

* Accurate receipting and control of invoices.
