We’re seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join an end-to-end IT Services provider based in Wellington.  If training and hands-on mentoring are high on your list, then this could be the perfect opportunity.

You’ll be part of a strong team of technical experts who are trusted technical partners offering bespoke solutions to a wide range of small to medium clients.  Here, you’ll play a key role performing all activities necessary to ensure the organisations hosting solution remains operational, reliable and services client needs 24/7.

The person we’re looking for would currently be in an intermediate/senior level Systems Engineer role and must have current experience across a large technical stack; the core essentials are:

• VMware vSphere
• Veeam Backup and Replication
• Windows Server (2012 – 2019), AD, multi-server domains, DFRS, DNS, DHCP etc.

In addition, skills across the following are desirable:

• Networking (Juniper and vSphere) routing, networking performance and troubleshooting
• Office 365, Azure AD
• SAN – IBM Storwise v5000
• Firewalling/Security (Watchguard)

As this is a client-facing role, you’ll need to prove excellent communication and customer service capability.
