Our client is in need of a talented and qualified senior quantity surveyor with experience in commercial construction.

You will be commercially astute with a minimum of 8 years’ experience and you will be used to being responsible for a number of projects. You will able to manage the administration of subcontractor contracts, do cost estimating, contract negotiation, cost analysis and variations.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background, like HVAC, Electrical or similar and have variation negotiation experience and skills. You will be able to monitor subcontractors to ensure they are undertaking work in accordance with contractual obligations.

You will be a people person, who enjoy client meetings, resolving issues and liaising across multiple stakeholders.
