With the recent appointment of an Auckland Regional Manager, their strategy is to grow the Auckland office but they do not want to be the biggest player in the market. This role reports to the Auckland RM and you will working with him on both developing the office by recruiting a team as well as deliveirng project management services to clients.
As a Project Leader, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven experience on a broad range of commercial projects covering such areas as project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management
We are looking for applicants with 20 years of experience with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.
