Due to the growth of the Auckland office, they now have an exciting opportunity for a driven SPM to join them and perform project management across a range of projects plus look to fulfil a strategic role of building the business with the current Director as well as bringing in new team members with a goal of achieving directorship within 2 years pending KPI's.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven experience on a broad range of commercial projects covering such areas as project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management

We are looking for applicants with 20 years of experience with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.

You will be rewarded with a salary between $140K and $155K + car parking.
