  Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of all projects, concurrently at various stages.
  • Effective management of staff and resources
  • Estimating, negotiating.
  • Delivering projects on time within budget, to a very high standard
  • Programmimg
  • Health and Safety
  • Effective communication with the Production Manager and Joinery Project Managers
  • Client liaison
  • Some travel to projects outside of Auckland.

    Your key skills and attributes required for this superb role:

    • Minimum of 5 years NZ Project Management experience in shop, interior fit out and joinery.
    • Strong trade background in Joinery /Cabinetmaking.
    • Exceptional communication and problem solving skills.
    • Proven ability to successfully deliver projects on time and budget,to a high standard.
    • High level of IT and numerical skills
    • A multi tasker with confidence and drive
