This project management firm has an excellent reputation in the construction market and is known for delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sector. Due to exponential growth there is now a requirement for a senior project manager with team management skills.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven experience on a broad range of commercial and/or civil projects covering such areas as project management, project planning, procurement and contract administration and construction management. The ability to be flexible, nimble and adaptable to diverse projects is essential. Also, outstanding relationship building skills coupled with a strong history of delivery is required.

We are looking for applicants with 10 - 20 years of experience with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property. Helpful as well if you have acted as engineer to the contract. Sector experience of value is healthcare, aged care, and vertical buildings such as hotels.

  • Cost control and quality management
  • Risk management
  • Tendering/procurement
  • Leading meetings
  • Design and pre-implementation management
  • Report working and financial management
  • Team management
