One of our leading Public Sector clients is in the market for a strong Senior Project Manager to join their Enterprise Portfolio Office. This organisation utilizes the power of data to influence the lives of New Zealanders. You will be a motivated and experienced individual who can lead priority projects incorporating both Business Change and IT Delivery. This role will include; the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, managing full project development from concept through to implementation and post-implementation review, coaching and leading your team and business subject matter experts in project management practices and disciplines and taking a leadership role in managing stakeholder and project relationships.

Some of the key requirements to be successful in this role include:

• 6+ years experience leading projects of increasing risk and complexity 
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, line management experience and influencing and skills
• Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery
• Significant experience in stakeholder management – including at the executive level 
• Certification in MSP, PRINCE2 or similar.
