Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Programme Business Analyst for an initial 6 month contract to start from end of July 2019!

The person must be able to hit the ground running and have significant experience in setting up programmes of work and requires an understanding of the built environment, construction contract management, programme management best practice (P3M).

As the Senior Business Analyst you'll support the Deputy Programme Director and Programme Specialists, work across the Programme Management Office. A key part is also to ensure that the quality and integrity of the Programme Office data is well managed throughout the various analysis and reporting procedures.

Deliverables:

  • Collate and analyse relevant specialisation areas as directed for Programme Business Case and other programme artefacts
  • Prepare and organise regular and one-off reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Lead programme management and specialists to coordinate programme and projects and document progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work with the Senior Programme Coordinator, to maintain dashboards and reporting documents as required by Portfolio Management Office
  • Maintain programme information repositories to ensure consistency of approach and ease of access to information.
  • Foster continuous improvement of programme processes to assist in the delivery of outputs across all assigned responsibilities.
  • Shadow programme management and specialists on stakeholder engagement initiatives and overall governance of the project from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Understand the business requirements for any integration between the programme e.g. Planview, SAP.
  • Coach, provide advice, and share knowledge and experience within the Programme Office and wider organisation.
