Job description

  • Optimise the marketing automation and customised user journeys through email, content and social channels
  • Work closely with creative and production agencies to produce customer-driven digital content ie. videos, web, social and email content
  • Implement new customer journey activity informed by data-driven insights

Reporting to the Marketing Manager this role offers plenty of variety. With a mix of strategy and implementation you will lead the development and optimisation of the content to support user journeys. The role would suit someone with a data-driven mind-set, a head for creativity and strong project management skills.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role with expertise across email marketing, website management and content creation
  • Ability to translate customer insights into new and improved content and user experiences
  • An inquisitive mind-set, using data insights to drive activity, and an agile approach to experiment and find new solutions
  • Proven knowledge of performance measurement tools ie. Google Analytics
  • Experience briefing creative and web agencies, and managing the creative process from production through to implementation

You will be working within a team that ensures high-quality information and education resources are designed, developed and where appropriate delivered, to help key stakeholders understand their obligations.
