This role is responsible for providing technical and functional direction for 3rd level support for Data network services and its related infrastructure. The environment being maintained covers the Data network infrastructure that supports operations.

Ideally, you should have the following skills:

• CCNP certification
• 10yrs plus experience in a similar role
• Technical leadership experience
• An ability to lead technical discussions and mentor
